I’m glad you’re here!
I’m a mission-driven leader passionate about designing learning experiences and organizational strategies that foster equity, empathy, and lasting impact. With over 15 years of experience in public service—including military service in the U.S. Army and civil service in the Department of Veterans Affairs—I bring a unique blend of instructional design, human-centered design, and program evaluation expertise to every project.
My approach integrates change management and systems thinking to drive organizational success and demonstrate positive ROI. Grounded in doctoral-level academic preparation, I continuously seek innovative ways to elevate employee and customer engagement, build productive teams, and cultivate strategic partnerships.
I lead with empathy and practice gratitude daily, inspired by Dr. Brené Brown’s research on wholehearted living.
Let’s connect and explore how we can create meaningful change together.

Instructional Design
I blend human-centered design principles into every step of the instructional design process, to ensure both organizational and learner needs are met.
Human-Centered Design
I incorporate principles, models, and best practices from human-centered design (HCD), human performance improvement, and change management in every project.

Program Evaluation
Programs that change behavior result in measurable impact and ROI. I blend qualitative data collection with quantitative data to tell a comprehensive story about a program’s effectiveness.
Leadership Philosophy
I’m guided by empathy as a leader. I want to understand who my team members are as humans, so I can meet their needs. We embark on a mission together, celebrating successes, collaborating through challenges, and holding one another accountable for our words and actions.
